Choice of Strength or Conditioning

Each class time offers your choice of a Strength workout or Conditioning workout. Workouts are posted daily and are different for each. Please arrive 5 minutes before class starts.

We offer the first week of classes FREE for those who aren’t sure if what we do is for them. After your 3 classes, and you decide to stick with it, we provide you with all the knowledge and know how you need to reach all of your goals. From proper form and technique of exercises to a structured meal plan for you to receive the full benefits of your training regime.


We offer an easy monthly plan. You get 6 days of workouts a week, every week for a month, for $85 flat rate. That’s around $3.00 a day! No Contracts required! Discounts are offered for groups of 5 or more, and additional family members. We offer personal one on one training for $40 an hour. We also have a $10 drop in rate if you’re in the area for a short time.


Several classes are offered throughout the day so you can choose which time will fit your schedule best. Classes begin at 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm and 7:30pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am and Open Gym 11:00am to 12:30pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.


Our workouts are VERY INTENSE!! Why? Because it works. Each workout starts out with a good stretch routine and a slight warm-up. Then the fun begins. The vigorous workout can last from 20-40 minutes and can range from one or two exercise to numerous elements depending on the day. Every day is different and very seldom will you do the same workout twice. Muscle confusion is how we get our results! So get ready to be confused.

All workouts are group settings. Our groups are small but offer the support, motivation, and encouragement that will push you through to the end of the workout. Results are guaranteed. How much result is up to you!
